Our Design Consultants offer 3D renderings prior to contract because seeing is believing!

AUTOCAD BLUEPRINTS

Our design staff works with you, offering practical and creative advice, modifying and customizing those details that will transform your house into a home that is uniquely yours. Once our Design Consultants have done the preliminary work, our drafting department generates AutoCAD drawings for your final approval. At Shells Only Home Improvements, we think it is important that our customers feel comfortable with all of their design choices prior to beginning construction.
