Moreover, it even takes into account such things as the minimum number of hours between shifts or the even distribution of days off. Of course, sometimes we adjust something manually - well, because life is like that, force majeure happens anyway. But in general, 85 percent of the schedule is generated automatically, and this saves a lot of time.
