Ordering and Purchasing TicketsIndividual game tickets and mini plans may be purchased online through etix.com, in person at the Valpo Ticket Office, or over the phone at 877-MY-VU-TIX or 219-464-5233. Full Season, Mini Plan and Group tickets may be purchased in person or through a Valpo Ticket Representative by calling 219-464-5233.
Shipping and Will Call InformationAll ticket orders placed 10 or more business days prior to the game will be mailed unless the purchaser requests the tickets to be left at Will Call. All orders placed less than 10 business days prior to the game will automatically be in Will Call. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets. Tickets cannot be left in Will Call under more than one name. Fans wishing to leave tickets for family and friends can do so at Will Call. Please note, the ticket office will not be responsible for any drop off will call that cannot be found.
Lost/Destroyed TicketsAll tickets should be treated like cash. The Valpo Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. Replacements will only be issued for reserved season tickets requested at least a week prior to the event. General admission and single game tickets will not be duplicated. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets.
