My former financial institution failed to protect me from fraud and refused to report the crime to the FBI as required by law. I have confirmed in a dispute letter I sent to the Experian Credit Bureau that certain information on my credit report is fraudulent and that money was stolen from my account by a criminal organization . I must now locate a judge who will sign a court order directing the removal of the material from my report. Is it always better to contact an attorney for help and guidance, or are the procedures for filing a lawsuit https://speedwaymedia.com/2023/12/13/how-can-i-sue-experian-for-ignored-credit-report-dispute/ usually the same and I can defend myself in the court?
